Refund and Cancellation
This policy covers the plans you buy from us for your own business. Refunds and cancellations for your subscribers are set by your own terms and handled through your billing workspace.
Small Loop (free plan)
The free plan has no charges. You can stop using it or close your workspace at any time.
Cancelling a paid plan
- Cancel or downgrade from workspace settings at any time. No notice period applies to monthly plans.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in arrears, so the final invoice covers only revenue billed up to the cancellation date, with the monthly minimum pro-rated.
- Annual agreements can be cancelled as set out in the agreement. Any committed amount for the remaining term stays payable unless agreed otherwise.
Refunds
Because fees are charged after revenue is billed, refunds are rarely needed. We will refund or credit fees when:
- You were charged twice for the same period.
- A fee was calculated on revenue that was later fully refunded to your subscriber within the same month.
- The service was unavailable for a material part of a billing period because of a fault on our side.
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, with a GST credit note where applicable.
Payment partner fees
Processing fees charged by your payment partner are governed by its terms. We cannot refund them, but we can share the records you need to raise a request with the partner.
Your subscribers
Refunds to your subscribers are issued from your workspace and processed by your payment partner. Each refund raises a linked credit note automatically. Subscribers can pause or cancel from the customer portal as your terms allow, and can revoke a mandate in their bank or UPI app at any time.
Requesting a refund
Send a request through the Billing Desk with your workspace name and the invoice number. Requests should be raised within 60 days of the invoice date.
