Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data we collect when you use our subscription billing platform and website, why we collect it, how we protect it and the choices you have. We process billing data to run your subscriptions, and we never sell it.
Our role and yours
When a business (a "merchant") uses the platform to bill its own customers ("subscribers"), the merchant decides what subscriber data is collected and why. For that data we act as a processor on the merchant's instructions. For account, website and sales data about the people who sign up for or contact us, we decide how the data is used.
Subscribers who have a question about their own subscription should contact the business that bills them first.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, work email, company, role, type of business and the sign-up details you share.
- Billing configuration: plans, prices, coupons, tax registrations such as GSTIN, invoice series and settings.
- Subscriber data processed for merchants: names, contact details, billing addresses, subscriptions, invoices and payment status.
- Payment metadata: mandate status, limits, payment method type, decline reasons and timestamps returned by payment partners.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser type and IP address, used to keep the service secure and working.
Card and bank details
We do not store full card numbers or bank credentials. Card and UPI mandates are created and tokenised by regulated payment partners, who process and settle payments directly. We keep only the references and metadata needed to schedule charges, send pre-debit notices and show payment status.
How we use data
- To create invoices, credit notes and receipts, and to apply GST correctly.
- To schedule renewals, send pre-debit notifications and process payment retries through payment partners.
- To run AI Payment Recovery, which uses each subscriber's payment history only to choose retry and reminder times for that merchant.
- To calculate revenue metrics such as MRR, churn and retention for the merchant.
- To provide support, keep accounts secure, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.
AI and automated decisions
Recovery models choose when to retry a payment and when to send a reminder. They do not decide whether a subscriber is charged, change the amount owed or approve credit. Retries stay within mandate limits and payment network rules. Merchants can review, override or switch off recovery at any time. A merchant's subscriber data is not used to train models for other merchants in a way that exposes it.
Who we share data with
- Payment partners that process mandates and payments on the merchant's behalf.
- Messaging providers that deliver invoices, pre-debit notices and reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- Government e-invoicing systems, when a merchant enables e-invoicing.
- Accounting tools a merchant connects, such as Tally, Zoho Books or QuickBooks.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How we protect data
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited by role, logged and reviewed. Production systems are monitored, backed up and tested for recovery. Every change to plans, invoices and credit notes is recorded in an audit trail.
How long we keep data
Invoices, credit notes and related records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Other account data is kept while your account is active and for a limited period after closure to handle disputes and legal requests, then deleted or anonymised.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent for marketing, or ask how your data is processed, subject to applicable law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Some records, such as tax invoices, must be retained even after a deletion request.

If we make a material change to this policy, we will notify account owners by email or in the product before it takes effect.
